Black and White Petal Tutu Skirt

Our 4 layer petal style tutu skirts are ideal for a range of occasions.  Hen parties, fancy dress, fun run, charity events, club wear, music festivals, 80’s rewind events, Halloween, Cruella De Ville and more.

Tutu is made from four layers back and white flare free netting in our Midland factory.  The bottom of the fabric is cut into scallops to give the effect of petals.  This fabric is sewn onto a sturdy black 50m stretch elastic waistband to ensure a comfortable fit.  Length of tutu is 12″ excluding waistband.  The black and white netting is placed side by side to give the effect as sown in the image
